Katmai National Park Alaska is famous for it's wild bear population zoom right in to get a good glimpse of the wild Grizzly and brown bears that frequent the park even with some Panorama photos here that provide a close look with the bears and her cubs, it's extremely dangerous to approach or be in the vicinity of a bear and her cubs with a high likelihood of the bear trying to kill you to protect her young.
This photographer is pretty brave or he's packing a very large weapon because this appears to be a Grizzly bear and could take your head off with one strike, especially if their with their cubs they're even more aggressive, regardless of weapon or not it's pretty brave to be in such close proximity with their young
