Australia is known for it's natural oddities, which most can be explained this however is the exception and even more exceptional is how this phenomenon cannot be scientifically explained, was it formed by help from geological or biological terms or something more alien, you only need a keen eye to know the pinnacles are made from sea shells blown in land but how the pillars were formed is where at the heart the true mystery lies because these pinnacle dunes stretch over a vast landscapes into their thousands so simply saying by chance is positively ruled out when it stretches out as far as 12 miles long and a huge diameter of also around 12 miles covering a huge stretch of the west coast of Australia. These pinnacles would be alot smaller now than originally erected from as wind erosion would have played it’s part thinning and sharpening these monuments from the gods, it still remains an unexplained mystery to this day

You can see these Pinnacle monuments not only in Nambung national park but covering the west coast of Australia in the yellowish whites of the sand as you can see these yellowish white sand desert areas stretch for quite the distance
Standing at these pinnacles at ground level you’d see The Pinnacles dune monuments stretch off way over the horizon and beyond, this is a true Australian mystery, Billy connolly (The Scottish Comedian) danced around here naked during one of his Australian tours which was quite amusing to watch

Due to the influx of tourism to see the mysterious Pinnacle monuments of Australia which began to receive tourist numbers of over 250,000 by 2006 they decided to build an official tourism center and visitor precinct which was completed by 2008, i’m sure the Big Yin dancing around naked on our TV sets only increased the intrigue on top of what it already had. There has been several TV/film shoot in that locations with the most obvious being Billy Connolly World Tour Of Australia then there was an Indian Musical film called Daud, starring Sanjay Dutt an electropop duo Empire of the Sun, also featured The Pinnacles and Several scenes in the 2009 Korean thriller movie A Million were filmed here
