An awesome monkey park in the hills of Kyoto, no not Tokyo, i meant Kyoto in Japan, these monkeys seem to love the attention these types of monkeys are extra sneaky so they probably love the fact that easy rubes come nice packaged and delivered full
Monkey signs reminding visitors that monkeys deliberately rob you in hopes to extort you for food, these monkeys are scheming and planning before the visitors even arrive

Iwatayama Monkey Park (Japanese: 嵐山モンキーパーク, Arashiyama Monkī Pāku) is a commercial park located in Arashiyama in Kyoto, Japan. The park is on Mt Arashiyama, on the opposite side of the Ōi River as the train station. It is inhabited by a troop of over 120 Japanese macaque monkeys. The animals are wild but can be fed food purchased at the site.

After climbing the 120 steps from the entrance, the rest of the way is a gentle ascent. The path up is not steep and shouldn’t be an issue for young children. Another great feature of the path is the view it provides throughout the season: cherry blossoms during spring, vibrant greens during the summer, and colored leaves in autumn. Enjoy the refreshing air on your way up.

Arashiyama Monkey Park Iwatayama is located at peak of Mt. Iwata, with a height of 160m. Around the rest area at the peak you are able to meet wild monkeys. Currently there are about 120 Japanese macaques living here. This location is known for being able to see wild monkeys up close and being able to feed them safely. In recent years there has been an increase of foreign visitors.

This is another one of Japan’s pilgrimage sites where they need to scale yet another mountain to get to the monkey park but there’s a pleasant little trail leading you up there. Monkeys Chilling by the lake, probably planning how to rob the next tourist
