Where about is HAARP
We're looking for VR Location Panorama 360s of the Top Secret Research facility lab known as HAARP, its a weather modification weapon, The CIA claims its to fight global warming but they have far more sinister agendas for such a tool to control the worlds orbital weather which allows them to play god.
