Dinosaurs where there more than likely roaming around, that's not saying Dinosaurs weren't everywhere because they were under and over the Oceans also but Dinosaurs were in some places more than others, South America and the Americas were a popular place for Dinosaurs to roam, alot of people don't even realize that Alligators and Crocodiles are actually dinosaurs that weren't wiped out with the rest of their buddies.

Thinking of Spider dinosaurs always freak me out because Spiders don't have any bones so it's impossible to know what size they really grew too and could still theoretically be around, bumping into a massive one of them though it would be self evident why nobody has been around to tell the tale, spiders terrify me, weird that some dinosaurs are still around today and nobody makes that big a deal of them, the humble cockroach survived also.
